As part of our commitment to promoting preventative healthcare and improving the welfare of pets, members of our Health Plan are eligible for discounted neutering and dental procedures from the date their plan begins.

As an independent veterinary practice, we are pleased to offer these benefits immediately rather than requiring a qualifying period. This allows pets to receive necessary care without unnecessary delay.

However, these discounts are provided on the understanding that membership is intended to be ongoing. The discounted pricing reflects the expected contribution of Health Plan membership over time.

If a Health Plan member receives a discounted neutering or dental procedure and subsequently cancels their Health Plan within six months of the procedure being performed, the discount will no longer apply. In these circumstances, the account holder will be responsible for paying the difference between the discounted Health Plan price and the standard practice price that was applicable at the time of treatment.

This policy helps us continue offering valuable benefits to our clients while ensuring the sustainability of our independent practice and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

By joining the Health Plan and accepting discounted treatment, clients agree to these terms.
